Your AI agent can run your stream clips

The new always-on agents (Claude Duet, OpenAI Dots and Grok Bot) work around the clock on their own computers. Connect VFXFlow and yours can check last night's stream, get the clips made, and bring them to you to approve. It runs on your own AI plan; VFXFlow stays free to edit.

Early access. Uploading and editing in the browser work today. VFXFlow for OBS, the Twitch bot, channels, the agent connector and posting are rolling out to the waitlist a batch at a time. Join the list.

Claude and ChatGPT work too, without the always-on part: ask in a chat and they use the same tools. In Claude's command-line tool, one line adds VFXFlow:

What an agent adds

  • A morning report on last night's stream, in the app you already use.
  • The fallback step when OBS wasn't running: downloading the VOD from Twitch Video Producer and uploading it.
  • Changes in plain words: “make the clips shorter”, “only post the Minecraft ones”.
  • Approvals where you are: reply “post it” to the message.

The instructions to give it

Paste this into your agent
Every morning, check VFXFlow (get_twitch_status, list_projects) for last night's stream.
1. If the stream has no footage yet (OBS wasn't running), call import_twitch_vod,
download that VOD from Twitch Video Producer and upload it with the link VFXFlow gives you.
2. Use list_stream_moments to see what chat reacted to, and tell me the top three.
3. When get_project says the edits are ready, send me the clips, the full video and both thumbnails.
4. Post only after I approve. Never post a clip I haven't seen.

Questions people ask

Which AI agents work with VFXFlow?

Any agent or assistant that supports MCP connectors: Claude (web, desktop and Claude's command-line tool), Claude Duet, ChatGPT and OpenAI Dots. Grok Bot can use the connector where it supports MCP, or use vfxflow.dev in its own browser.

Do I need an AI agent to use VFXFlow?

No. Autopilot runs on its own with the VFXFlow Twitch bot and VFXFlow for OBS. An agent is useful if you already have one and want it to report to you and handle the odd step, like downloading a VOD when OBS wasn't running.

Who pays for the agent?

You do, through your own plan with Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI. VFXFlow never runs your agent and never asks for your AI account. Editing in VFXFlow is free; posting is $5 a month per account.

Can VFXFlow's website talk to my agent for me?

No. Your agent talks to VFXFlow, not the other way round. VFXFlow never logs in to your Claude, ChatGPT or Grok account.

Is it safe to let an agent post for me?

Posting is approve-first by default: VFXFlow holds every post until you approve it, whatever your agent asks for. You can switch an account to automatic later.

You record. We handle everything else.

Editing is free with no watermark. Posting is $5 a month for each channel you connect.
